Job Title
This is a remote position. Profit-Tech is looking for an Administrative Intern to support the company's internal routines in the Financial, Administrative, and Partnerships areas. The professional will help with the control of contracts, registrations, payments, and reports, ensuring the organization and functioning of the company's internal processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support in the management of contracts and documents via Zoho WorkDrive and Zoho Sign
- Launch and check financial movements in Zoho Books
- Update customer and supplier registrations in Zoho CRM
- Support in bank reconciliation and payment control
- Assist in the preparation of administrative spreadsheets and reports
- Collaborate on internal communication and support tasks
- Organize files and provide support for compliance routines and documentation
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields
- Ease with spreadsheets and data organization
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Interest in learning about automation, ERP, and digital management
- Basic knowledge of Zoho, Google Workspace, or Excel
