Que Technology Group (QTG) is a small, minority-owned IT company based in Baltimore, MD. Our internship program runs continuously until graduation and offers students hands-on, real-world experience.
This role focuses on providing administrative support for the internship program. We work with college students of all majors, helping them grow their skill sets and gain mentorship in a professional environment that bridges academic life and the IT field.

Position: Internship Program Administrative Coordinator
The Internship Program Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Internship Program Operations Coordinator and providing day-to-day support for the internship program.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate weekly task emails for interns to fulfill their 15 hours each week. This includes curating content from a variety of topics and creating thought-provoking, critical thinking questions.

  • Oversee daily management of intern activities, task assignments, and ongoing projects.

  • Managing individually assigned tasks on Intern Microsoft Teams group and ensuring all tasks are being assigned to the interns during the week

Additional Responsibilities

  • Serve as an additional point of contact for interns.

  • Lead efforts to grow our Intern-Alumni Program.

  • Collaborate with the Internship Operations Coordinator and Human Resources on new initiatives

  • Offer fresh insights for enhancing or updating current internship initiatives.

  • Provide support to both the Internship Program Operations Coordinator and the Human Resources department as needed.


Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in a team setting

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Experience working with college students or alumni is a plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently or collaboratively

  • Quick learner with adaptability to new systems or processes

  • Open-minded and creative thinker, eager to contribute new ideas

  • Technical experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)


Position Details

  • Hourly Rate: $15.00

  • Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible Monday–Friday)

  • Location: Remote – Must have a permanent home address in MD or GA

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have a permanent address in a HubZone area and must provide address verification documents 

  • Must commit to 15 hours per week (60 hours per month)

  • Submit weekly reports by Friday at 5:00 PM

  • Submit bi-weekly timesheets by the required deadline
