About the Position

This internship runs June 2026 through to November 2026. This is a paid internship position and compensation is based on the minimum wages of Washington, DC. To participate in our internship program, interns must commit to working a minimum of 20 hours per week, not to exceed 30 hours per week. The Intern provides support to the Business Operations Department. Specific duties may include the following:

  • Support asset tracking and management for corporate equipment
  • Support coordination with operations, office, and IT vendors, and interact with all departments within the company
  • Research applicable compliance regulations; assist in the drafting of company policies
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating all logistical and communication aspects of company-sponsored events management, including research, BEOs, timelines, calendars, reports, diagrams, etc.
  • Research and draft business operations content for intranet and weekly newsletter
  • Support office management functions such as vendor coordination, kitchen schedules, and ordering and restocking of supplies
  • Perform general administrative duties related to operations supportย 
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Office Hours:

This position is based in Washington, DC and follows a hybrid work model. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary. Interns will need to plan their schedules within this timeframe.
