OHFA is seeking to fill six (6) College Intern positions. ย College Interns will provide project, research, and administrative support to an assigned OHFA division. These positions will offer practical experience in a professional public-sector environment and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in support of affordable housing efforts statewide. Interns assist with day-to-day tasks, participate in team projects, and develop skills aligned with their academic and career interests.
In their work, College Interns will perform all or some of the following tasks for the department to which they are assigned...
- Assist staff with data collection, research, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Support process improvement initiatives by gathering information and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.ย
- Maintain and update files, records, logs, and internal documentation.ย
- Prepare draft correspondence, summaries, briefing materials, and other written materials as assigned.ย
- Participate in internal meetings, take notes, and help track follow-up tasks.ย
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling assistance, document preparation, and responding to routine inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assignments and contribute to agency goals.ย
- Follow all OHFA policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and ethical guidelines.
