  • Show up prepared and on time


What You'll Be Learning & Doing

Guest Experience & Support

  • Greet dancers and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist trial students in having a smooth and welcoming first visit
  • Help answer basic questions and guide families to the right resources

Organization & Admin Support

  • Assist with attendance tracking and basic scheduling tasks
  • Help keep studio spaces clean, organized, and ready for classes
  • Support team members with small administrative tasks

Enrollment & Studio Support

  • Learn how to guide families through class options and programs
  • Observe and assist with enrollment conversations
  • Support follow-up efforts with trial students when appropriate

Social Media & Studio Presence

  • Capture simple photos/videos during classes or events
  • Assist in organizing content for marketing use
