What You'll Do
Primary activities will include:
  • Configuring, testing, issue resolution and implementation support.
  • Collaborate with clients to solve challenging business requirements
  • Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation.
  • Work with analysts to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner.
  • 0- 20% travel required. A portion of your time will be spent on-site working directly with the customer's project team.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering; Supply Chain Management; Management Information Systems; Computer Science; or related technical degree, with a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
  • 0 - 1 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software and/or experience through internships and/or cooperative programs
  • "Hands on" work experience gained through internships and/or co-op programs, especially if supply chain related
  • Must possess an understanding of supply-chain management
  • Experience troubleshooting and developing SQL queries using relational databases
  • Excellent communications and task management skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally in nature
  • Self-motivated and hungry to learn
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to relocate and travel approximately 20%
  • Position located at the Alpharetta, GA office
