This is a fantastic opportunity for current or recent PGA Golf Management students looking to gain hands-on experience at a premier facility. You'll also receive golf and tennis privileges, and access to exclusive employee appreciation events.Professional Development: Work alongside PGA professionals, gain exposure to tournament operations, merchandising, member services, and more.Full-Time Benefits: Paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and life insurance after 90 days of full-time employment.Profit Sharing & 401(k): Eligible after one year, with Club-matching contributions. The Dunes Golf & Beach Club is an equal opportunity employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment. YOUR ROLE: PGM INTERN / GOLF SHOP ATTENDANTAs a PGM Intern/Golf Shop Attendant, you will support daily golf shop operations, assist with merchandising, provide exceptional member service, and help maintain the overall experience that makes The Dunes one of the best clubs in the country. Duties include (but are not limited to):Greeting and assisting members and guests with tee times, check-ins, and golf shop purchases.Providing product knowledge and assisting with merchandise sales.Restocking and organizing golf shop inventory and displays.Answering phones and helping with member inquiries and special requests.Assisting with tournament preparation, scoring, and event setup.Working closely with the entire team and golf professionals to ensure a seamless experience for players.Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the golf shop, displays, and work areas.Learning key golf operations systems and procedures to support your PGM career path. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Current or recent student in a PGA Golf Management Program (preferred for internships).Previous retail, customer service, or golf industry experience a plus.Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent service.A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to learn and grow in a high-end golf operation.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. If you're pursuing a career in golf and want to learn from some of the best in the industry at an acclaimed facility, apply now to join the team at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club!The Club may conduct a background check on any applicant or employee.
