The Morgan Law Group, P.A., is seeking a bilingual Law Clerk to support attorneys with personal injury, property insurance, and civil litigation cases. This position emphasizes legal research, document drafting, trial preparation, and client interaction. The ideal candidate is a law student or recent graduate looking for hands-on legal experience!
This role focuses on legal skill development rather than financial administration and will give you exposure to case management, court filings, and trial support.
Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth case progression.
• Organize and review case files, evidence, and exhibits for hearings and trials.
• Assist with trial preparation, depositions, and mediation coordination.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other resources.
• Draft motions, subpoenas, discovery responses, and other court documents.
Qualifications
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal setting.
