The Role
Kaizo Health is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support referral development with medical practices and personal injury law firms. This is a field-based internship designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and professional outreach.
Position Overview
  • Paid at minimum wage, with performance-based bonus opportunities
  • 5-10 hours per week
  • In-field, face-to-face outreach to medical offices and personal injury law firms. We have multiple positions that would conduct the outreach near Fairfax, VA, Rockville, MD, or Fort Washington, MD.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person outreach to medical offices and law firms within the service area
  • Deliver informational materials, clinical research, and referral resources
  • Build professional relationships with office staff, physicians, and attorneys
  • Research and identify high-potential referral partners (orthopedists, PCPs, personal injury attorneys)
  • Track outreach activity and referral trends to support marketing analysis
Qualifications
  • Comfortable initiating conversations in professional office settings
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional, reliable, and able to represent the brand independently
  • Interest in healthcare, marketing, business development, or law
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-Law, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
