You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you'll do exactly that. You'll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we're transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because "good enough" builds the past. You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

THE WORK:
  • You'll support delivery of workstreams and tasks on capital programs and projects across the energy value chain (upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, power, renewables).
  • You'll conduct research, data gathering, and analysis to support client recommendations on capital project execution, governance, and performance improvement.
  • You'll develop clear, well-structured client deliverables, including slides, models, trackers, and reports, under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers.
  • You'll contribute to workstream activities related to cost, schedule, risk, change management, and project controls.
  • You'll support engagements involving digital tools and platforms used in capital project delivery (e.g., cost, schedule, portfolio, and controls systems).
  • You'll actively adopt and apply AI tools and technologies to accelerate day-to-day delivery, including research, data analysis, document drafting, deliverable development, and quality review.
  • You'll contribute to the exploration and application of analytics and emerging AI use cases in capital planning, scheduling, risk, and productivity.
  • You'll learn how digital platforms and AI-enabled approaches drive value realization, data quality, and performance transparency across the capital project lifecycle.
  • You'll support proposal development and pursuit activities, including research, benchmarking, and drafting of proposal content.
  • You'll contribute to the development of points of view, offerings, and client materials related to capital delivery and digital enablement.
  • You'll participate in practice-building activities such as asset development, knowledge management, and internal initiatives.
  • You'll collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore team members, managers, and client counterparts.
  • You'll take ownership of assigned tasks, meet commitments, and actively seek feedback to accelerate development.
  • You'll build foundational skills across capital project delivery, project controls, digital platforms, and AI-enabled approaches.
  • You'll model professionalism, delivery rigor, and a client-first mindset in all interactions.
Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or full-time roles in consulting, engineering, construction, or capital project delivery
  • Foundational understanding of capital project delivery concepts (e.g., project lifecycle, cost and schedule, project controls) gained through coursework, internships, or early career experience
  • Professional experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal degree (e.g. engineering, construction, project controls, operations, or data/analytics roles with transferable skills)
  • Willingness and ability to support global clients and travel as required
BONUS POINTS TO HAVE:
  • Internship or prior exposure to energy clients, EPCs, or owner organizations on capital programs or projects
  • Familiarity with project controls disciplines (cost, schedule, estimating, risk, change)
  • Exposure to capital digital platforms (e.g., Sequence, Primavera P6, Aconex, Unifier, or similar PMIS tools)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) and interest in applying them to capital project data
  • Interest in emerging AI and analytics use cases in forecasting, scheduling, risk, or construction productivity
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to build a career in consulting
