The Opportunity
Calling all closers! We are seeking a driven and bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of sales and client advocacy, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. With a consultative approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and guide families through the decision to move forward with our firm (closing). This is a high-energy, metrics-driven sales role that rewards empathy, persistence and a commitment to excellent sales performance. ***Hiring Bonus for experienced Legal Intake Closers***

Moaddel Law Firm offers a competitive base salary ranging from $58,240 to $64,480 annually, with a performance-based bonus structure designed for Legal Intake Specialists to earn over $100,000+ annually. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance from day one, paid time off, parental leave, CalSavers, and paid onsite parking. This role offers structured onboarding, ongoing professional development, and clear opportunities for career growth.
