We are currently looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to communicate with clients through text, email, and phone, gather information in relation to a specific campaign and closes the intake process.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Process client intake in accordance with protocols via text, email, phone
  • Obtain pertinent information from clients courteously and professionally
  • Ensures all admission forms are properly signed and complete
  • Respect client dignity or confidentiality
  • Meet expectations and/or quota for completing texts, emails, calls
  • Report client conflicts or process quality issues to the supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

Education: Minimum High School Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working as an legal intake agent preferably in a remote call center. Must have mass tort experience. Experience with Salesforce highly preferred. Sales experience is a plus.

Skills/Technical Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have basic computer skills and proficient in typing
  • Ability to type while talking with clients by phone
  • Ability to follow instructions and use critical thinking to screen potential claims with direction
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume practice
  • Strong multitasker, ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
  • Home office or workspace. Must have high speed internet connection
