Law Launch is looking for an Intake Attorney to join our fully remote legal intake team.

Summary
The Intake Attorney communicates with clients through text, email, and phone, gathers information in relation to a specific campaign, closes the intake process and supports the Intake Department with legal questions and client communications

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities

• Process client intake in accordance with protocols via text, email, phone
• Obtain pertinent information from clients courteously and professionally
• Ensures all admission forms are properly signed and complete
• Meet expectations and/or quota for completing texts, emails, calls
• Work with intake team members to navigate legal questions
• Oversee escalated attorney requested calls
• Actively monitor the Intake Attorney channel and respond to inquiries
• Complete Matter Hub reviews
• Assist with responding to co-counsel emails, inquiries, and follow-up requests as needed

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
• Must Have: 1+ year practicing as attorney, Mass Tort experience, Must have Active Bar
• Skills/Technical Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and use critical thinking to screen potential claims with direction
• Demonstrate an elevated level of personal integrity, client confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume practice and take initiative
• Strong multitasker, ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
• Home office or workspace with high speed internet connection
