Job description

Be part of bringing a new operation to life. DP World is opening a facility in Rialto, CA, and We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This role will play a key part in managing daily HR activities, supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth workforce operations in a dynamic distribution environment.

 
About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Answer routine inquiries and perform public contact duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as testing, records, wages, and procedures on absences, hiring procedures, and company policies and procedures. 
  • Assist with various activities such as recruitment, orientation sessions, and applicant testing.
  • Review applications and interview applicants. 
  • Gather information for and assist with preparation of reports.
  • Compose and distribute correspondence and or letters that require a knowledge of established departmental procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, analyze and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures as needed.
  • Prepare, process, and assist payroll and payroll related records as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and receptionist for the site.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position preferred.  Will consider experience in lieu of education.
  • Experience performing basic human resources, payroll, customer service, or general office duties.
  • Proficiency on computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal /communication skills - able to communicate and establish effective working relationships with all departments.
