JOB SUMMARY

This position provides support to our HR team for the Circle K West Coast BU Division. Hourly position, standard work week 8 hours in Corona, CA.

May include travel to stores.

COMPENSATION

$20 / hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Organize projects, files and designs for easy reference.

Assist with special projects and duties as needed

To properly perform the duties of this position as outlined above, it is essential that the individual be able to meet the following physical demands:

Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time & operate computer keyboard for data entry.

Ability to position self to maintain workspace and files including under the desk.

Ability to move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to sit and drive in a vehicle for extended periods of time

Ability to observe computer screen accurately for data entry.

Ability to exchange information for support for telephone communications.

Ability to sit, talk and/or hear.

Ability to use their hands in order to handle or grasp items of varying weight

Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and reach with both hands and arms

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in HR or Business

Must have working knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint.

Strong organizational skills with a very strong attention to detail

Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams

Must be willing to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Retail Experience Preferred
