What You'll Do:

  • Become an expert in product functionality and customer use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, etc.) to handle escalations.
  • Meet productivity and quality KPIs, while identifying areas for operational improvement.
  • Escalate risks to leadership, offering subject matter expertise for solutions.
  • Execute and evaluate processes, suggesting improvements for maximum efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and re-engineering of policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance within the fintech or travel sector
