We are seeking a passionate, neurodiversity-affirming Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy for children with diverse developmental needs. In this role, you will:
  • Deliver individualized speech, language, and communication therapy services in-clinic and via telehealth.
  • Support children with a wide range of needs, including expressive/receptive language delays, articulation and phonology disorders, motor speech difficulties, social-pragmatic communication challenges, and AAC needs.
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using a variety of informal and formal assessment tools.
  • Develop collaborative treatment plans that center the childโ€™s interests, autonomy, and caregiver goals.
  • Model neurodiversity-affirming practices such as AAC modeling, total communication approaches, and affirming feedback strategies.
  • Partner closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, and mental health clinicians.
  • Empower families through ongoing caregiver education and practical home programming.
  • Utilize clinic materials including AAC devices, visuals, play-based tools, and sensory supports.
What You Can Expect as an SLP at Our Clinic:
  • A steady caseload with supportive intake and scheduling systems.
  • Administrative support for billing, documentation, and compliance.
  • Access to a wide variety of assessment tools, therapy materials, and AAC systems.
  • Opportunities to mentor interns or clinical fellows (if desired).
  • Participation in a multidisciplinary team where your expertise is respected.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and a team culture that prioritizes healthy boundaries.
Qualifications:
  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status.
  • Colorado state licensure (or eligibility).
  • Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training and a commitment to affirming care are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with AAC, gestalt language processing, motor speech, and/or bilingual language development is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to client dignity, safety, and self-determination.
Why Join Us?
  • Positive clinic culture with a commitment to inclusion and mutual respect.
  • True work-life balanceโ€”daytime hours only, no evenings or weekends required.
  • Collaborative partnerships with ABA teams, psychologists, OTs, and PTs.
  • Transparent leadership and opportunities for growth within a values-driven company.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary (based on experience and caseload structure).
  • Health benefits including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • Disability insurance
    • Company-paid life insurance up to $25,000.
  • Company-issued laptop if desired.
  • $200 annual CEU stipend and up to $5,200 in tuition reimbursement
  • 401k with employer matching.
  • Paid holidays and dedicated clinic closures during the week of July 4th and Christmas.
  • Flexible scheduling and optional telehealth sessions.
