As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real business problems and high-impact projects. You will gain hands-on experience in how product-led strategies are designed, tested, and scaled within a leading ads platform. As a Product Manager Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful, short-term projects that give you hands-on experience with real advertising products. You will learn how product teams identify customer problems, define solutions, work with cross-functional partners, and measure impact in a fast-paced global environment. This role is a strong opportunity to build practical product management skills while exploring your interest in ads, e-commerce, and AI-powered creative products. Responsibilities: - Support Senior Product Managers in shaping product strategies, roadmaps, PRDs, and user stories for growth initiatives across advertiser onboarding, self-serve activation, and SMB advertiser success on TikTok Ads Manager. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer interviews, surveys, and user behavior analysis to identify SMB advertiser pain points, product gaps, and opportunities for data-driven personalization and AI-assisted growth experiences. - Partner with UX/UI Designers, Engineering, Data Science, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive advertiser journeys, including AI-powered onboarding flows and guidance, agent-based workflows and more that help advertisers launch and optimize campaigns more efficiently. - Assist in defining success metrics, designing A/B tests, and analyzing funnel performance to improve advertiser acquisition, onboarding completion, activation, re-engagement, and long-term growth outcomes. - Help manage the product backlog, track execution progress, and coordinate feature delivery for high-impact PLG initiatives, ensuring timely launch, quality implementation, and clear communication across stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong interest in product-led growth, digital advertising, and technology-driven business impact. - Prior internship or project experience in Product Development, Strategy, Data Analytics, Growth, Consulting, or a technical/product-adjacent role is highly preferred, especially in areas related to SMB growth, self-serve platforms, or AI-enabled product experiences. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize insights, structure recommendations, and communicate complex product, data, or AI/LLM-related concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders - A proactive self-starter with strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to break down ambiguous business and user problems into clear hypotheses, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes. - Passionate about TikTok, TikTok Ads, and helping small businesses grow through intuitive, scalable, and AI-driven advertising products

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $55.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
