Are you a dynamic, results-driven automotive leader who can seamlessly bridge the digital showroom and the physical sales floor?

[Your Ford Dealership Name] is looking for a talented and experienced professional to take on the crucial, hybrid role ofย Floor Manager. This is a high-impact position that demands a sharp focus on both e-commerce excellence and team management/sales performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the Sales Floor: Serve as a Floor Manager, actively working deals, appraising trades, securing financing, and closing sales to maximize gross profit and volume.

  • Mentor and Develop: Train, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Consultants to achieve both internet and showroom sales targets.

  • Set Strategy: Collaborate with the General Sales Manager (GSM) to develop and execute digital sales strategies, BDC processes, and floor procedures that ensure a top-tier customer experience.

  • Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., eLead, VinSolutions, DealerSocket) and digital lead management tools.

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and deal-closing skills.

  • A true "team player" who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Ford/Lincoln experience is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer:
  • Highly Competitive Compensation Plan: Industry-leading pay structure (salary + uncapped commission/bonuses) commensurate with experience and results.

  • Full Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match.

  • Career Growth: A clear path for advancement within our organization.

  • A Positive Culture: Work alongside a professional and supportive management team at a leading Ford dealership.
