Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the internet department’s profitability
  • Drive consistent utilization of existing technologies
  • Set benchmarks, manage and maintain budgets
  • Dynamic internet lead response and follow-up
  • Expert negotiation, closing and marketing skills
  • Enhance performance metrics and CRM
  • Mentor and train team members to achieve optimal performance
  • Comply with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in automotive management
  • Proven track record as an internet sales producer
  • Exemplary communication and listening skills
  • Determination and drive to maintain impeccable relationships
  • Self-initiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
  • Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience
  • Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
