POSITION SUMMARY

Subaru Superstore of Chandler is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Internet Sales Professional to join our Sales team. This position is responsible for responding to online sales inquiries, engaging prospective customers, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process.

The ideal candidate is highly responsive, organized, comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text, and motivated by providing an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and dealership sales goals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly and professionally to internet and digital sales leads.

Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email, text, and other approved dealership platforms.

Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.

Schedule and confirm showroom appointments with prospective buyers.

Maintain consistent follow-up with new and existing leads.

Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle selection.

Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, features, pricing, and dealership services.

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives for customers visiting the dealership.

Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely customer information, notes, and follow-up activities within the dealership CRM.

Work closely with Sales Managers and other dealership departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Stay knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles, available inventory, current promotions, and manufacturer programs.

Meet or exceed established appointment, follow-up, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury, European, or highline vehicles.

Technician skill levels from experienced Entry Level through Master Certified will be considered.

Porsche or other luxury/manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required.

Training and certifications from other manufacturers may be transferable.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities.

Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is preferred, or willingness to become EV certified.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Follow dealership policies, sales procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced service environment.
