THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

 

This position will report to and assist the Senior Director of Tax in managing and overseeing all International Tax Compliance, International Tax Accounting, Transfer Pricing, and global tax-related reporting for the organization.  The position will also assist the Director of Indirect Tax with all aspects of value-added and other international indirect taxes including compliance, accounting, audits and planning.

This role will help maximize the company’s global tax position while minimizing risk across multiple jurisdictions. The position is responsible for ensuring all international tax compliance and international tax accounting activities are completed accurately and timely while maintaining SOX control requirements.

There will be extensive interaction with internal business partners (finance, accounting, and legal) as well as external tax advisors and foreign tax authorities regarding international tax matters. In addition, this role will support strategic tax planning initiatives, global structuring projects, and cross-border transactions.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

 

International Compliance & Reporting

  • Manage and review U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, and FATCA reporting
  • Oversee preparation and review of foreign statutory tax filings in applicable jurisdictions
  • Ensure all compliance deadlines are met and filings are accurate and complete

 

Tax Provision (ASC 740)

  • Manage and review international components of the tax provision, including GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credits
  • Calculate and document valuation allowances and international tax reserves (ASC 740-10)
  • Support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements

Transfer Pricing

  • Manage and review transfer pricing documentation and compliance, including country-by-country reporting
  • Oversee intercompany agreements and pricing policies
  • Coordinate with external advisors on transfer pricing studies and documentation

Audits & Controversy

  • Manage foreign and domestic tax audits related to international matters
  • Coordinate responses to information requests and defend tax positions with supporting documentation
  • Review notices from tax authorities and ensure timely, accurate responses

Tax Planning & Structuring

  • Support international tax planning initiatives, including global expansion, supply chain structuring, and cross-border M&A transactions
  • Analyze tax implications of cross-border transactions and provide recommendations to management
  • Partner with finance, legal, and business teams on strategic initiatives

Risk Management & Governance

  • Conduct tax risk assessments for global operations
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
  • Monitor international tax law changes and assess business impacts

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and global stakeholders
  • Mentor, develop, and supervise tax staff
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • Master’s degree in Taxation/Accounting/Finance or CPA preferred
  • 5–8+ years of progressive international tax experience in a Big 4 firm or multinational corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules and global tax frameworks
  • Experience with tax compliance software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $140,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
