Sales Focus, Inc., a global leader in Sales Outsourcing is looking for an Inside Sales Manager in their North Charleston office.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing inside sales teams in various industries. The Sales Manager takes a program from its inception and the signing of the contract and guides it to its launch. Once launched, the Sales Manager continues to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress and all process and procedures. The Sales Manager is responsible for all growth within the program.

The Inside Sales Manager guides the sales representatives by coaching, training, and providing direct instructions and assistance in client acquisition.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Client Kickoff meeting
  • Toolkit development
  • Recruiting and Staffing
  • Program Launch
  • Sales Staff Training
  • Daily tracking and management of sales teams
  • Primary contact between Client and SFI
  • Verification of sales reps achieving KPI and Quotas 
  • Weekly calls and reporting to clients on achievements, obstacles, observations, and recommendations.
  • Client Satisfaction
  • Program continuation and expansion
  • Weekly operational meetings with SFI executives

Sales Quotas

  • Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas
  • Conduct training for each of their sales reps continually
  • Manage your team to drive and develop solutions to close a sale by identifying and eliminating objections

Requirements

  • Must have sales management experience
  • Must have call center experience in a sales or mgt role
  • 3+ years sales experience with a proven track record to meet or exceed goals
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail
