Job description

Job Summary:
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Network Development Analyst to enhance national security through data analysis. The role involves exploring new data sources, creating effective queries, and providing insights to senior policymakers based on comprehensive all-source analysis.
Responsibilities:
• explore new data sources
• create effective queries
• combine information from disparate sources
• validate the information
• apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers
• leverage expertise in all-source analysis techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases
• inform senior policymakers and DoD officials of military capabilities, political-military issues and military strategies
• analyze the development of products tailored to clients in tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience with targeting or network development analysis and U.S. government all-source analysis production within the IC or Combatant Command environments
• Experience using high-side tools, including Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, and VOLTRON
• Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients such as tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
Preferred:
• Experience working with collection managers and crafting requirements, conducting order of battle analysis, or implementing technical solutions for big data problems
• Experience analyzing issues pertaining to the MENA
• Knowledge of the targeting lifecycle
• Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Relations, International Studies, or a related field
• Completion of a Target Network Profile Course
