Overview:

Position willassistwith marketing-related activities, while supporting various projects and initiatives across theInternationalteam.

Essential Job Functions &Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Assistin the preparation and distribution of newsletters and internal/external communications

  • Support monitoring and reporting of social media metrics and performance

  • Contribute to the development of marketing content and design concepts for campaigns and initiatives

  • Provide graphic design support for:

  • Retail materials (posters, banners, point-of-sale content)

  • Customer presentations and marketing decks

  • Product or technical visuals where needed

  • Support creation and update of CAD drawings and technical visual materials (if applicable)

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistency of branding and messaging

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.

  • Identifytrends and insights to drive strategic initiatives.

Nonessential Job Functions:

  • Performs otherdirectly relatedappropriatedutiesand assumes accountabilities asapparentor as delegated, including mutually agreed uponobjectives.

Job Specifications/Skills:

  • Working knowledge of analytics, constructionmanagementorbusinessa plus.
  • Wellorganized withabilityto handle multiple projects and priorities. Attention to detail needed.
  • Computer: Intermediate toAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter witha high levelof motivation.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Team cooperation -maintainpositive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools, social media analytics, or graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva or similar) is a plus
  • Interest in digital marketing, communication, and visual content creation

MinimumEducational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • College DegreeinFinanceor Accountingcurrently in Progress.
