The Community Outreach & Participant Recruitment Manager leads outreach, recruitment, eligibility screening, and intake to ensure equitable access for eligible clean energy contractors in alignment with CEJA placement requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement outreach and recruitment strategies targeting equity investment eligible communities
Conduct eligibility screening and participant intake
Coordinate recruitment with Energy Transition Navigators and community partners
Track recruitment metrics and placement compliance
