International Export Sales Coordinator

Location: Racine, WI (Onsite)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19–$23/hour


Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented International Export Sales Coordinator to support customer service and export operations. This individual will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating shipments, preparing export documentation, and providing excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, process, and manage customer sales orders
  • Prepare and review export documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Coordinate shipments and communicate with freight forwarders
  • Negotiate domestic and international shipping rates
  • Process sample requests
  • Set up new customer accounts, including collecting and verifying required documentation
  • Respond to customer and broker inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and commissions
  • Assist with accounts receivable research and collections follow-up
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects (trade shows, visits, etc.)
  • Investigate shipping issues, including damaged freight, and assist with claims processing

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Mostly seated work with frequent computer use
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs)

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
