Job description

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and supporting production goals.
Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour
Shift: 1st
Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues promptly
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
