Join Our Team as Heavy Skilled Assemblers at Parallel Employment!

Parallel Employment is excited to announce openings for Assemblers in various locations such as Darien, Waterford, and Lake Geneva area. These positions offer a fantastic opportunity to work with complex components while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you are a detail-oriented professional with experience in heavy assembly, we want to hear from you!

All shifts available

$19-$21 per hour; based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components for units using hand and power tools following detailed blueprints and schematics.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in heavy assembly or a related skilled trade is required. Lifting 50 lbs consistently.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and assembly manuals.
  • Strong understanding of tools and equipment used in heavy assembly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
