ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager of Accounts Payable is a global team-oriented role that is responsible for managing, maintaining and improving global standardization of the Accounts Payable department. This person will work closely alongside other team members to drive change, processing efficiencies and maintain global standardization across all legal entities.
As a Manager, Accounts Payable, you will...
- Monitor the global processing of a high volume of AP invoices and expense reports by Amazon Shared Services, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Manage ad hoc projects and create ad hoc reports as needed
- Drive processing efficiencies, including managing payment runs and working with vendors regarding vendor set up or banking issues
- Manage corporate card programs, monthly reporting, account reconciliations, accruals, and calculating and correctly recording taxes
- Manage multiple AP mailboxes to ensure timely response and resolution regarding payment inquires, processing issues and other requests

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Experience with Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with international accounts payable

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
