Responsibilities
  • Inspire and Guide Members: Lead fun, results-focused Small Group and Team Training sessions that keep members motivated and progressing
  • Customized Coaching: Design programs that align with both Anytime Fitness methods and each member's goals and abilities
  • Fitness Consultations: Conduct onboarding and assessments to set each member on the right path to success
  • Track Progress: Monitor client results, make adjustments, and create long-term coaching plans
  • Educate and Empower: Share fitness, health, and nutrition knowledge to build lasting lifestyle change
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the management team to support the growth and success of the coaching department
  • Contribute to Club Success: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and engage with members to strengthen retention
Compensation and Growth
