  • Work with the Head of School and school leadership to uphold and promote sound theology and Biblical alignment across the school and in partnership with Hill Country Bible Church.

Faculty Development & Curricular Integration

  • Coach teachers on integrating Biblical truths and their Christian faith into everyday classroom instruction in ways that point to God as the author of all things.

  • Foster a school environment that prioritizes the spiritual maturity and health of the faculty and staff.

Teaching, Student Discipleship & Leadership Formation

  • Strengthen parent partnership by providing parents with the resources and encouragement needed to fulfill their role as the primary spiritual leaders of their children.
  • In collaboration with the Head of School and the PTF, offer parent education that reflects our mission and core values, and reinforces rather than replaces the role of the church

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position the majority of the time.
  • Frequently move about inside campus buildings and outside on the grounds.
  • Occasional lifting of 5 to 20 pounds.
  • Possible exposure to a variety of childhood and adult diseases and illnesses.
