Ticket Sales Representative

General Description:   The Ticket Sales Representative is a creative and outgoing professional with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on providing great service to general customers and clients.  Continuing to maintain sold out games is a primary goal of this position while maximizing revenue opportunities in all ticketed products. Selling new season ticket customers annually, as well as selling new premium and hospitality products, is paramount to success. 

  • PSL & Season Ticket Sales – Maintain our sold-out status by selling available PSL’s. Goals include keeping season ticket sales over 65,000 and the club level sold out.
  • Season Ticket Renewals – Focus on keeping renewal percentage of current PSL owners over 99% annually.
  • Premium Membership Sales – Sell Memberships into our Premium Club Spaces
  • Corporate Hospitality Loft Sales – Maintain relationships with a consistent book of clients while prospecting for new hospitality group clients.
  • Individual Hospitality Sales – Sell individual hospitality packages to smaller groups for non-Ravens events and on occasion Ravens games with softer sales.
  • Meet the daily requirements for key performance indicators such as: outbound cold calls/day from lists provided & scheduled face to face selling appointments; while generating own leads through referrals, networking, social selling, and effective research
  • Create and develop new business by regularly pitching new prospects through stadium tours, external appointments, phone prospecting, social selling and events
  • Attend outside events with the purpose of selling ticket packages, networking, gathering leads and prospects
  • Effectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order to build relationships to help drive business and to meet excellent customer service requirements
  • Effectively handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for all ticket products
  • Contribute positively to a competitive and collaborative sales team culture, and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions
  • Work events and games as assigned to support ticket sales efforts and promotional initiatives
  • Regularly produce accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointment and event recaps
  • Represent the Ravens professionally on game day while interacting with clients and prospects at Ravens sales tables or seats visits.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Previous sales and/or service experience is required.
  • Candidates should have 3+ years of full-time ticket sales experience with a professional sports team or similar college environment. 
  • The ideal candidate must possess the personality and drive to excel in a sales environment while showing the ability to work well in and contribute to a team setting.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Top tier relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the heightened ability to interact effectively with high-level decision-makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in sport management, business or related field is required.

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

  • The successful candidate must be energetic, relationship- driven and passionate about professional football.
  • Candidate must have exceptional communication and organizational skills with the potential to lead in certain situations. 

Salary and Benefits:

 

  • Range: $19+/hr (with bonus and commission opportunities)
