Overview
Our internship blends real client work with training on how to build smart, strategic marketing plans. You'll work on a team led by an account director and supported by three specialists in search, advertising, and content marketing.
Time commitment: 20 hours/week
Schedule: You choose the working times and location that fit your schedule; we highly recommend coming into our Lehi office at least once a week.
Compensation: $12/hour, with a raise if you're extended
Applicant location: Currently living in Utah
Start/End Dates: Aug 31, 2026 - Jan 4, 2027 (extensions offered with strong performance)

What You'll Do
  • Participate in weekly training sessions
  • Support client and internal projects under specialist guidance
  • Assist with research, analysis, and reporting
  • Contribute to brainstorming, problem-solving, and strategy discussions
  • Complete assignments tied to your chosen specialty

Specialty Tracks
Hired interns will be assigned one of these tracks. You're welcome to express your preference during the hiring process.
Search Marketing Track:
  • Conduct organic and AI keyword/query research
  • Complete on-page optimization tasks
  • Perform competitor and search engine results page (SERP) analysis

Advertising Track:
  • Conduct keyword research
  • Audit advertising accounts and recommend improvements
  • Upload ads to various platforms
  • Assist with performance reporting

Content Marketing Track:
  • Optimize content (or provide recommended optimizations) for organic and AI search results
  • Build content for advertising campaigns (landing pages, CRO assets, ad copy)
  • Monitor content performance
