We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time role at Human to Human Counseling, LLC. This remote position provides the flexibility to work from any location within California, complemented by the structure of regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couple, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the emotional needs of clients, effectively using established therapeutic techniques.

  • Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and dynamic, taking into account the progress and feedback from clients.

    For example, you may incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques or mindfulness practices based on client suitability.

  • Accurately maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and clients' progress, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
  • Facilitate collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed in urgent situations.

Qualifications
