$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Annual Salary

Job Description Summary:

Assist with preparation and assembly of documents associated with scheduling and productivity claims analysis for which the Contractor has entitlement for recovery under the Contract.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Able to perform all essential Entry Level/Intern Project Engineer responsibilities
Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in development of master project schedules
Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in updating schedules
Assist with determining weekly labor production quantities
Assist in project filing system maintenance
Compile data to support Claims Analysis and prepare charts and graphs
Analyze project documentation, contracts and subcontracts
Prepare various project and program reports
Assist with system administrator functions related to P6 EPPM
Assist with preparation of settlement negotiations including recovery projections
Regular travel (both locally, and inter-state) required
Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
Experience in construction industry strongly preferred
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, Access)
Experience using P6 software.
Knowledge of construction means and methods, management techniques and cost accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills, and professional telephone manner
Reliability, dependability and flexibility
Ability to regularly travel

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 annually. Compensation is based on geographic location and may vary depending on the candidate's primary work location.
