Accounting & Finance Internship

NetGain Technologies is seeking an ambitious and motivated intern to join our Accounting and Finance team. As an Accounting & Finance Intern, you'll play an active role in supporting key financial operations - from managing recurring accounting transactions to contributing to the monthly close process and financial analysis.

We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a "get-it-done" mindset. By the end of your internship, you'll have developed a strong foundation in accounting operations and financial management that will set you apart in your career.

This is a paid, hybrid internship (a mix of remote and in-person work), requiring approximately 20 hours per week.


Primary Responsibilities include:

Post and reconcile daily cash receipts to ensure accurate financial records

Process accounts payable transactions with precision and timeliness

Perform monthly bank, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) reconciliations

Partner with the CFO on margin, profitability, and performance analysis

Contribute to the month-end close process and assist with financial reporting

Support process improvement initiatives within the accounting function

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and efficiency

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Business Central accounting software is a plus
