About the Role

Playbook is seeking to onboard a professional enthusiastic HubSpot CRM Expert to join our fast-growing company and be a key part of expanding our sales department. The HubSpot CRM Expert will support our sales force through aiding with marketing sizing, market outreach, and follow-ups, managing our technology systems, as well as organizing and maintaining our CRM systems and other sales tools. 

Salary: 36,500-40,000

Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining records of our customer relationships management systems on HubSpot for our sales department.

  • Manage technological issues that arise throughout the workflow cycle.

  • Responsible for enabling the sales team to use content, assets, and materials that are externally facing to facilitate the sales cycle-knowledge base.

  • Managing various sales enablement projects and coordinating sales enablement activities.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

  • Extensive knowledge of sales enablement processes and best practices

  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as is a proven ability to influence others

  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills

  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change

  • Established track record of delivering successful business outcomes

  • Experience working in sales and understand the challenges experienced by salespeople


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an enterprise sales function (within SaaS technology sales preferred)

  • Completed a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field
