We have an immediate need for an organized, well spoken, detail oriented Customer Service/Research Analyst to join a thriving organization in Arlington Heights. Aegis Employment Desk in conjunction with a large service organization is looking to add an entry level Customer Service/Research Analyst to research companies that are current and former employers of an applicant, locate information in order to verify employment, conduct interviews and constructing reports in the proprietary data base, and working with the Researcher Administrator to create quality reports. Duties/Requirements: * Responsible for completing a designated quota of assignments in a designated time frame.

* Researching assigned employers to locate the appropriate contacts to gather the reaquired informaton. * Contacting Human Resources or the proper source to verify employment. * Contacting former supervisors and co-workers and conducting interviews pertaining to job performance.

* Creating an Employer Report in the proprietary database, paying close attention to detail. * informing the Research Administrator and/or Management of any issues that arise * Bachelors Degree preferred.
