Job description

About the job Customer Service /Researcher
The primary purpose of this position is to perform tasks related to taxpayer
contact and case resolution, including specialized research on clients or other
third-party sources, for the Homestead Exemption Audit (HEA) business.
Position Details:

  • Type of Position: Full Time/Temp-to-Hire
  • Salary: $16 per hour
  • Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm in-person during the training period, thereafter it will be 8:00 am-5:00 pm remotely with mandatory monthly in-person training sessions.
The ideal candidate must possess the qualities below:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
  • Researching skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong confident telephone voice
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Self-sufficient
  • Prioritize and Re-Prioritize with a sense of urgency
