Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will assist in expanding our client base and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers to understand client needs, source leads, and support sales efforts that drive revenue growth. This internship provides hands-on experience in the staffing industry and valuable exposure to sales strategy and client relationship building.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating new business leads and identifying potential clients through research and outreach.
  • Support Account Managers in sales efforts, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and developing proposals.
  • Help develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead flow, including cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
