Job description

Reid & Associates is conducting a confidential search for an Interim CNO at a Critical Access Hospital in Texas.ย  This is growing organization; actively adding community services and expanding clinical capabilities.
ย 

The role:

  • 25-bed CAH with swing bed program
  • Lead all nursing operations and clinical strategy
  • Partner directly with CEO on growth initiatives
  • W2 Contract with typical employment benefitsย 
  • Travel and housing allowance provided for candidates from outside the area

What we're looking for:

  • Active RN license (Texas or compact state)
  • BSN required; MSN/MHA preferred
  • 5+ years progressive nursing leadership; 2+ years at Director level or above
  • CAH experience strongly preferred
  • Swing bed and perioperative experience a plus
