We are seeking an experienced and strategic Interim CNO/COO to oversee a community hospitalin Northern California. This role is ideal for a strong CNO/COO with California experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a CNO/COO
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to drive aligned decision-making.
  • CA RN and MSN required
  • Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site for the duration of the engagement.
