Seeking an accomplished Vice President / Chief Financial Officer (VP/CFO) to join an executive leadership team at a premier gaming and hospitality organization. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the financial strategy of a diversified enterprise that includes a casino resort, luxury hotel, and entertainment venue while making a meaningful impact on the surrounding community.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the VP/CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors, overseeing enterprise-wide financial operations, capital planning, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and long-term business strategy. The ideal candidate combines executive-level financial leadership with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple business units.


Key Responsibilities

Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CFO, Controller, or senior executive finance role
  • Experience overseeing complex, multi-entity financial operations
  • Gaming, hospitality, resort, casino, or multi-property experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success with strategic planning, capital projects, board reporting, and executive leadership
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills
