Our team brings together developers, designers, strategists, producers, and experiential specialists to craft interactive activations that captivate audiences, tell compelling stories, and deliver meaningful results.

Weโ€™re seeking an Interactive Producer to join our team. As an Interactive Producer, you will guide projects from kickoff through execution, helping ensure creative concepts become successful live experiences. Youโ€™ll work closely with clients, account managers, designers, developers, vendors, and onsite teams to keep work aligned, organized, on-track, and ready for deployment.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, calm under pressure, comfortable working across disciplines, and excited by the fast-moving world of experiential marketing and live events. You should be able to translate client goals into actionable plans, identify risks early, communicate clearly, and help teams move from concept to production with confidence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project execution from kickoff through delivery, deployment, and wrap-up.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, workback schedules, and internal action plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including account management, creative, development, production, and onsite support.
  • Translate client feedback, project goals, and creative direction into clear next steps for internal teams.
  • Track project scope, requirements, assumptions, risks, open questions, and dependencies.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support client communication, expectations, budgets, and overall account needs.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, internal check-ins, client reviews, stand-ups, and production meetings.
  • Ensure tasks are documented, assigned, prioritized, and followed through using company project management tools.
  • Help identify blockers, escalate issues early, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Review work for alignment with project goals, client expectations, and production readiness.
  • Coordinate deployment logistics, onsite needs, staffing, hardware, content, and technical handoff requirements.
  • Support onsite execution during key events, including setup, show days, troubleshooting coordination, and client support.
  • Help maintain clear communication between clients, internal teams, vendors, and onsite stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements that make projects run more smoothly and predictably.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, production, account coordination, experiential marketing, events, digital production, or a related role.ย 
  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, client feedback, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience coordinating work across creative, technical, production, or vendor teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for onsite deployments, client events, or production support.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in an agency, experiential marketing, event production, or client-driven environment.
  • Experience producing digital experiences, interactive installations, websites, applications, or technology-based activations.
  • Familiarity with software development, creative production, hardware integration, or live event technology.
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets, estimates, change requests, or vendor coordination.
  • Experience supporting onsite event setup, show operations, or technical deployment.
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Production, or a related field.
