Job description

This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters at 221 S Rutgers Avenue in Oak Ridge, TN 37830. The deadline to apply for this opportunity is June 11, 2026.ย 

Role: Interactive Agents serves our members by performing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and balance, and providing information through the use of an Interactive Teller Machine. This position will be responsible for running transactions for multiple branches that support the Interactive Teller Machine platform.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:ย 

  • Provides efficient, professional & friendly service to members through the use of a two-way audio and video screen. Handles deposits, transfers loan payment transactions, and provides information about current balances for all loan and deposit products. Responds to member inquiries about products and services, rates and options. Explains the use of various services and products to access and utilize accounts, including electronic banking, ATM, credit/debit cards, money orders, and cashier checks.
  • Educates and makes recommendations of beneficial products and services to members.
  • Serves as an ITM Ambassador by partnering with branches to greet, educate and assist new ITM members. Actively engages with members in person to share benefits of using the ITM such as extended hours, fast and convenient service. Shares member feedback with management in order to access future opportunities and enhancements.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience: Six months or more of cash handling and/or customer service experience is required.ย  Six months or more of Teller experience is preferred.ย ย 

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.ย  An associate's degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Other skills required:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must possess mathematical ability to perform very basic math skills.
  • Must be able to project a professional video presence.
  • Must be able to multitask.
