Job Summary:
24G, through its division CLUTCH, specializes in creating digital experiences for iconic events and brands. They are seeking an Interactive Producer to guide projects from kickoff to execution, ensuring creative concepts translate into successful live experiences while coordinating with various teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead day-to-day project execution from kickoff through delivery, deployment, and wrap-up.
โ€ข Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, workback schedules, and internal action plans.
โ€ข Coordinate cross-functional teams including account management, creative, development, production, and onsite support.
โ€ข Translate client feedback, project goals, and creative direction into clear next steps for internal teams.
โ€ข Track project scope, requirements, assumptions, risks, open questions, and dependencies.
โ€ข Partner with Account Managers to support client communication, expectations, budgets, and overall account needs.
โ€ข Facilitate project kickoffs, internal check-ins, client reviews, stand-ups, and production meetings.
โ€ข Ensure tasks are documented, assigned, prioritized, and followed through using company project management tools.
โ€ข Help identify blockers, escalate issues early, and recommend practical solutions.
โ€ข Review work for alignment with project goals, client expectations, and production readiness.
โ€ข Coordinate deployment logistics, onsite needs, staffing, hardware, content, and technical handoff requirements.
โ€ข Support onsite execution during key events, including setup, show days, troubleshooting coordination, and client support.
