We are an executive search agency recruiting on behalf of an established custom residential and commercial builder seeking a dependable Construction Project Coordinator. This role will support project delivery by coordinating documentation, permits, communications, and administrative requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects organized and progressing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project documentation, permits, and meeting records.
  • Support project managers with budgets, change orders, and reporting.
