Job description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to become a part of our team!

Generous Bonuses are given monthly for good performance, up to an extra 12k year!

$500 Rent Discount if you'd like an apartment for yourself after 90 day period.

Responsibilities:

  • Market and Rent Apartments
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Manage your maintenance team
  • Ensure all repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Communicate with Residents that are delinquent in rent to make payment plan or send to eviction
  • Enforce property rules and regulations
  • Answer phone, emails
  • Submit weekly reports on progress

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Fluent in Spanish or Spanish translation tools (Population in area is majority spanish speaking)
  • Familiarity with tenant leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
