Job Summary

The Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in transforming marketing data into business intelligence that drives growth, customer engagement, and enterprise value. This position serves as a strategic partner to marketing and business leaders by translating organizational priorities into measurable marketing strategies and performance frameworks. 

This role is responsible for connecting marketing activities to business outcomes by developing actionable insights, defining meaningful performance metrics, and establishing a connection between customer interactions, marketing investments, and organizational results. 

Success in this role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical expertise, and storytelling capabilities. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and passionate about driving informed decisions through data and insights. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with marketing and business leaders to translate enterprise priorities into measurable marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance frameworks. 
  • Develop and deliver executive dashboards, reports, and insights that connect marketing activities and customer interactions to business outcomes. 
  • Analyze marketing, customer, and website data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that inform marketing strategy.  
  • Lead the measurement and analysis of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and customer experiences, including attribution, conversion, and return on investment. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tracking requirements, implement measurement strategies, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data. 
  • Conduct right sized and timely analyses of customer behavior, audience segments, and marketing journeys to inform marketing strategy, personalization and optimize customer experiences. 
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and data storyteller by translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions. 
  • Champion a culture of data-informed decision-making by educating stakeholders, promoting analytics best practices, and continuously improving marketing measurement capabilities. 
Travel Time
  • Percentage of time required to travel during the day - 5%
  • Percentage of time required to travel overnight - 5%
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.  

  • Master's degree preferred.  

Years of Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, strategic insights, or data-driven marketing.  

  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into measurable marketing objectives and performance frameworks.  

  • Experience developing executive dashboards and communicating insights to senior leadership.  

  • Experience influencing strategic decisions through data and storytelling.  

  • Financial services industry experience preferred.  

Certification and Technical Requirements
  • Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable analytics platform certification preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and customer journey analytics.
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks and executive performance reporting.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with learning agility and an enterprise mindset.
