These offices are equipped with advanced technologies and staffed receptionists to help manage calls, mail, and other business operations efficiently. Intelligent Offices are ideal for individuals or companies seeking a professional business presence without the overhead costs of traditional office leases. They help enhance productivity and offer scalable options as business needs change.

  • Provide hands-on solution leadership, guiding design decisions across automation patterns, platform usage, reusable components, integrations, exception handling, monitoring, and operational support.

  • Partner with business and operations leaders to identify automation opportunities, assess value, prioritize demand, and ensure automation investments are focused on meaningful outcomes.

  • Oversee cross-functional delivery across automation engineering, QA, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners to ensure consistent execution and long-term supportability.

  • Drive stronger measurement of automation value, including productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, risk reduction, defect reduction, capacity creation, and improved associate or client experience.

  • Support the broader AI-driven IT strategy by identifying where automation, AI, and process improvement can work together to improve how technology and business teams operate.

Technical Skills / Experience:

  • More than ten (10) years of relevant technology experience, including leadership of automation, engineering, or enterprise platform teams.

  • Deep experience with RPA and enterprise automation platforms, including bot development, automation design, orchestration, monitoring, exception handling, and production support.

  • Proven experience building and scaling automation capabilities across a large enterprise, including intake, prioritization, delivery governance, reuse, controls, and value tracking.

  • Strong understanding of process automation patterns, including attended and unattended automation, workflow automation, API-based automation, system integration, and process orchestration.

  • Experience modernizing automation approaches from task-based RPA toward more resilient, API-driven, event-driven, and AI-enabled automation models.

  • Strong background in delivery leadership, including roadmap planning, execution management, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and production accountability.

  • Experience operating in regulated financial services or another highly controlled environment, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, audit, security, and change management expectations.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, manage priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to operate across strategic planning and hands-on technical leadership, with credibility at both executive and engineering levels.
