Integrity Insurance and Financial Services, 2013 to 2025 Exclusive General Agent of the Year for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas, specializing in Medicare sales, has full-time positions available for our Inside Sales Department at our Orland Park, Illinois location. 

Our goal and commitment is to help our clients improve their long-term financial success. Our personalized approach is designed to grow, conserve and protect our clients' wealth by delivering an unprecedented level of personalized service. 


Work hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm depending on company needs. 

 
 

Qualifications: 

Effective verbal and communication skills both on and off the phone; great phone etiquette required. Strong attention to detail, hardworking, motivated and computer skills are a must. Sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Training provided. Health and Life Insurance License is a plus.  MUST BE BILINGUAL 

 
 

Essential Job Functions: 

Deliver a level of effort on a daily basis to meet and exceed assigned goals. 

Conduct follow-up phone calls on a daily basis. 

Reliability in attendance and responsibility in completing goals are critical to success. 

Outbound calls to customers to increase sales appointments. 

Proactively remind and confirm customers of scheduled appointments. 

Taking inbound calls for current and prospective customers. 

Log all customer information into our CRM database. 

Integrity Insurance and Financial Services offers a competitive benefits package, which includes: 

Earning potential $50,000 - $75,000 plus annually. Hourly wage plus bonuses and benefits:

Salary Potential: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year 

Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance after 90 days 

401K with company contribution after 90 days
